REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy - the basics

At Kanzen Elite, we provide exceptional fitness services and ensure our clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Due to the nature of our services, we have a strict no-refund policy. However, we do offer the flexibility of exchanging services under the following conditions:

1. Service Exchange Eligibility
   - Service exchanges are available for unused training sessions, classes, or programs.
   - Requests for service exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Exchange Process
   - To initiate an exchange, please get in touch with our customer service team with your request and provide proof of purchase.
   - Our team will assist you in selecting an alternative service of equal or lesser value. If the new service is of lesser value, the remaining balance can be applied toward future services.

3. Non-Transferable
   - Exchanged services are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

4. Special Promotions and Discounts  
   Services purchased under special promotions or discounts are subject to the same no-refund policy and can only be exchanged for services of equivalent promotional value.

5. Exceptions
   - Exchanges are subject to availability and scheduling. Certain services, such as limited-time workshops or events, may not be eligible for exchange.

By enrolling in our programs or purchasing our services, you agree to abide by this no-refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
